Just to update you, you should have received contact from PayPal that they have charged a fee for a payment and that they are working to correct it. I received one to my personal accounts (misterb@namedrive.com, perhaps) saying just this, so hopefully you’ll all get you money back shortly.

Tuesday - Hi guys, we have been in touch with PayPal again and they have said that they are in the process of returning the money to the affected PayPal accounts, so it should hopefully be resolved within 24 to 48 hours.

Hello everyone,

Most of our parking payments have been sent by PayPal by now. We have been contacted by several of you saying that, unlike every other month, you have been charged fees to accept this payment.
We have made payments via PayPal’s Mass Pay since our launch and did so again this month. However, this time PayPal have not only taken fees from us, as usual, but also from your payments.
We have already contacted them on this matter to get it cleared up, but this may take some time, as it is a weekend.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by PayPal and hope they can resolve this error as soon as possible.

    As a result of this error, we will hold all other payments by PayPal (we still have a few to make before November 15th) until it is resolved.

    Upon reviewing the PayPal site, there is no reference to a change in their Mass Pay policy, so this appears to be a straight up error on their side.

    I can confirm they’ve deducted -$1.10 USD in fees.

    Hope paypal sort themselves out soon.

    This is actually affecting not just NameDrive. We’ve seen a similar problem for the Mass Pay transfers to the SharedReviews.com users. I am just commenting here to let you know that some of our users have reported that the fees have been refunded after the recipients contacted Paypal directly.
